Bill's Ministry Philosophy:

To teach the Word of God so the church will know what they believe and why they believe it.
To inspire the church to work out the Word of God in their lives to be truly Christ-like.
To encourage the church to share the Word of God daily through mentoring, teaching, and Godly counsel.

"For Ezra had prepared his heart to seek the Law of the Lord, and to do it, and to teach statutes and ordinances in Israel. " (Ezra 7:10)
