OUR PURPOSE STATEMENT

The purpose of our church family is to know God personally and help others know and love Him as we do. We seek to accomplish this purpose through six great tasks that God has given to the church:

• PRAYER    Realizing that the life, health & growth of our church family is utterly dependent upon God, we commit to make prayer the "power base" of our work. Dependent upon the Holy Spirit for guidance, empowerment & effectiveness of our task, we will see God's mind & hear in everything we do.

• EVANGELISM / MISSIONS    Helping people , who live across the street and around the world, know God personally through faith in Jesus as Savior and Lord.

• WORSHIP    Helping people understand God's plan for their lives and express their love to Him through music and message.

• DISCIPLESHIP    Helping people learn about God's presence and power in their lives and bring glory and honor to God as they live in light of that power.

• FELLOWSHIP   Helping people grow in their appreciation of God and each other through relationship building.

• MINISTRY    Helping people experience the love and concern of God through practical ministry.

 These six purposes are visible expressions of who we are and what we are about.  We invite you to join us in these endeavors.
